Terms & Conditions
- Children aged 3 years and above require admission ticket.
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission by refunding ticket price purchased.
- Ticket is valid for the show issued.
- Booking ID is not transferable
- Collect your tickets 1/2 an hour prior to the show time from theatre with your booking ID.
Important Notes:
- Please note that Sarita, Savita, Sangeetha Theatres in Kochi does not have Seat Numbers, so please arrive at the time mentioned in the ticket so that you get seats close to each other.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation of movie tickets booked on go4cinema.com can be done 2 hours prior to the show start time.
- Cancellation charges of Rs. 10 Per ticket will be collected.
- The refund amount will be credited to the respective account electronically, the following day of cancellation.
- Refunds can take a maximum of 10 bank days.
