Kutty Srank (The Sailor of Hearts) is a Malayalam film directed by Shaji N. Karun. Mammootty is playing the lead role for the movie. The film will be produced by Reliance Entertainment under the banner of Big Motion Pictures, the first ever production by Anil Ambani's newly launched entertainment concern in Malayalam. Kutty Srank (translated as boat captain in Malayalam) is about a mariner who operates a cargo vessel between the sea port of Kodungalloor near Kochi, once roaring port towns in Kerala. Kutty Srank is married to three different woman in the three islands he visits, however each one of them unaware about the presence of others. They meet each other for the first time after the death of the protagonist.
